Northern Evolution and Robotics Laboratory

The Northern Evolution and Robotics Laboratory (NERL) is a multi-disciplinary research laboratory which focuses on various forms of evolutionary computation and robotics.

Besides strictly physical robotics, NERL is involved in various other projects:
- Computer Science Community currently shares space on the Virtual NMU server, housed in NERL.
- Virtual NMU server operations housed in NERL.
- breveCluster was originally housed in NERL until the first half of 2007 when it was moved to its own dedicated air-conditioned facility.
