  • 10:00 AM → Setup
  • 11:00 AM → Lunch
  • 12:00 PM → Programming!
  • 5:00 PM → Inventory Laptops and Dinner/Announcements
  • After Dinner → Clean-Up
  • After Clean-Up → LAN Gaming

Behind the scenes check-list:

  • Get drinks (cans + bottles), snacks (chips), plates, cups, napkins, etc.
  • Subway order (lunch)
  • Pizza order (dinner)
  • T-shirts
  • Laptops imaged & ready!
